Cuisine, craft beer and club sounds – all under one spectacular roof
On 5 September 2025, Beers, Beats & Bites will showcase Hamburg’s diversity in one of the city’s most impressive locations: the legendary St. Pauli Bunker.
Regional. Creative. Handmade.
At the centre: selected restaurants from the eat&style community and regional producers from the metropolitan area. Together, they will serve innovative tasting plates prepared from regional ingredients – perfectly paired with exclusive beers from HHBW breweries and specialities from the partner country, the Czech Republic.
High-proof highlights: fine spirits from the region will also be available for tasting.

Hamburg DJs and live acts provide musical depth – from deep beats to soulful vibes.
Faces of beer
A special visual highlight: the photo exhibition ‘Brauer*innen im Fokus’ (Breweries in Focus). The portraits show the people behind the taps – and their passion for taste, attitude and craftsmanship.
An evening that appeals to all the senses – right in the heart of St. Pauli.
