Reason enough for SZENE Hamburg to present the Sustainability Award to particularly committed restaurateurs once a year since 2020. Because it has long been clear that the choice of food not only has an impact on health, but also on the environment.<\/p>\n\n<p>Great cooking events were organized during the Sustainability Weeks: the recipes are cooked live with the winners. All participants in the course series are instructed and guided by the respective prizewinner.
