{"id":3466,"date":"2026-08-20T14:17:32","date_gmt":"2026-08-20T12:17:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/openmouth.hamburg\/events\/gaumen-disco-2026\/"},"modified":"2026-08-20T14:26:40","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T12:26:40","slug":"gaumen-disco-2026","status":"publish","type":"dp_events","link":"https:\/\/openmouth.hamburg\/en\/events\/gaumen-disco-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"GAUMEN DISCO 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>On <strong>29 August 2026<\/strong>, the Gaumen Disco returns to the courtyard of Tranquillo and the Black Delight coffee roastery. <br\/>From <strong>12:00 noon until midnight<\/strong>, you can look forward to <strong>20 restaurants, chefs and culinary projects from Hamburg, northern Germany, Copenhagen and Georgia<\/strong> \u2013 including two Michelin-starred restaurants. <br\/>The idea behind the Gaumen Disco is simple: in a single day, you can discover a wide variety of cuisines, get to know new restaurants and sample dishes that you\u2019d otherwise have to travel all the way across Hamburg \u2013 or even as far as Copenhagen \u2013 to try.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YOU CAN ALREADY LOOK FORWARD TO THIS<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Restaurant Jellyfish&lt;\/strong&gt; serves flamb\u00e9ed scallops with dashi butter, spring onions and chilli oil.&lt;br \/&gt;At &lt;strong&gt;Koer Kulinarik&amp;amp;Bar&lt;\/strong&gt;, you can enjoy tomato and sea bass ceviche with crispy chickpeas, mole and coriander. &lt;br \/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reichlich&lt;\/strong&gt; serves cheese spaetzle with yeast butter and Tyrolean mountain cheese.&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Two Alphas Restaurant&lt;\/strong&gt; offers salmon sashimi with ponzu, brown butter, chives and tobiko \u2013 and homemade pistachio egg liqueur in a waffle cup. &lt;br \/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FEU FOU&lt;\/strong&gt; serves a croque monsieur with cheese, ham and herb butter.&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Supersuess Caf\u00e9&lt;\/strong&gt; serves chicken satay with creamy peanut sauce and a fresh cucumber, pineapple and onion salad.
