For the second time, \u2018Hamburg&#8217;s Stars\u2019 by OPEN MOUTH brings the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of Hamburg&#8217;s Michelin-starred gastronomy to one table \u2013 in the truest sense of the word.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Curated by Maurizio Oster (Zeik), eleven restaurants with a total of twelve Michelin stars and seven green stars come together for a very special kind of kitchen party. Personal. Surprising. Inspiring. Because here, it&#8217;s not just about cooking \u2013 it&#8217;s about sharing an experience.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Michelin-starred cuisine reimagined<br \/>The mission: culinary excellence without a rigid framework. Instead of set menus and white tablecloths, there is direct interaction with the chefs, bold combinations and the rare opportunity to travel through Hamburg&#8217;s gastronomic diversity in a single moment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Whether it&#8217;s Thomas Imbusch&#8217;s radical regionality (100\/200 Kitchen, GLORIE), Matteo Ferrantino&#8217;s Mediterranean poetry (bianc) or Heinz O.
