On 27 and 28 September 2025, Hamburg’s wholesale market will be transformed into a paradise for food explorers, because eat & style is much more than just a lifestyle festival. It’s an experience for all the senses. Creative design meets culinary innovation in a multifaceted themed world. Visitors will discover regional and international food highlights, prepared live and presented in a modern, pleasure-conscious setting. Renowned chefs such as Matthias Gfr\u00f6rer (Gutsk\u00fcche), Thomas Martin (Jacobs Restaurant), Paul Decker (Koer) and Thomas Sampl (Hobenk\u00f6\u00f6k) will be there to showcase their skills live.<\/p>\n

One of this year’s themed worlds is the Local Hero area, which puts regional producers and hosts in the spotlight.
