To kick off the Reeperbahn Festival 2025, art, culture and cuisine came together high above the rooftops of Hamburg: together with the Reeperbahn Festival, OPEN MOUTH hosted an exclusive opening dinner at Clouds – Heaven’s Bar & Kitchen in the Dancing Towers.
Guests from the cultural, food and creative scenes enjoyed an evening full of inspiring encounters, creative impulses and culinary highlights. Among the highlights were a culinary installation by the Pinot Group, in the colours of the Reeperbahn Festival poster, and a delicious vegetarian intermezzo by Tarik Rose (TV chef and owner of Restaurant Engel, Teufelsbrück).
The speeches by Detlef Schwarte (director and founder of the Reeperbahn Festival), Kai Dieterich (Hamburg Tourism & OPEN MOUTH), Benni Adrion (founder of Viva con Agua) and Nienke Teunissen (managing director of War Child) provided food for thought. They emphasised not only the creative connection between music, culture and cuisine, but also the importance of social responsibility: the proceeds from the dinner will go to the Viva con Agua and War Child projects.
With this kick-off, the Reeperbahn Festival and OPEN MOUTH sent a strong signal for Hamburg as a vibrant metropolis of creativity and enjoyment – combined with a clear commitment to social engagement.
