For one day, the Klinker restaurant is transformed into an urban kiosk – casual, uncomplicated and with great taste. Instead of fine dining, there’s the cult burger ‘to go’ – fresh, juicy and with plenty of umami.
The new Chili Cheese Burger is an upgrade of Max Strohe’s popular Butterburger creation. In addition to the finest meat and melted cheese, a few secret ingredients add a special kick:
🌶️ Korean chilli paste (gochujang)
🍁 Maple syrup
🌶️ Pickled jalapeños
…and a few more surprises that Max is naturally keeping under wraps.
