Gourmet summit – regionally inspired: market square, competition, an evening dedicated to regional food and a party for the food scene! 😊

During INTERNORGA, everything in Hamburg revolves around gastronomy, the hotel industry and food trends. But Hobenköök believes that the best conversations often begin when the trade fair day ends. That’s why they invite you to a culinary summit – with a regional focus:

  • A networking event for producers and restaurateurs,
  • a marketplace for strong regional products,
  • a competition for fresh ideas,
  • and an evening that combines enjoyment, conversation and a festive atmosphere.

5 p.m.: Opening with award ceremony

The event kicks off with a special highlight: the winners of the food start-up cooking competition held earlier will be selected and awarded their prizes! Be there when the dishes prepared by the competing teams of trainees and food start-up experts are presented and tasted. Then, at around 5:30 p.m., they will be evaluated by a panel of experts consisting of Michelin-starred chef and Küchenschlacht muse Mauritzio Oster, Food Lab founder and start-up queen Christin Siegmund, and cookbook award initiator Benjamin Cordes, who will award the jury prize.

The winners can look forward to exclusive gourmet prizes and an outstanding dinner at the Zeik restaurant.

5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Summit meeting of producers

At the same time, the large regional marketplace will open. Around 25 exhibitors will present themselves in the Hobenköök – from producers and manufacturers to retailers and wholesalers with a clear regional focus. Look forward to:
– tastings & new products
– personal conversations & new contacts
– inspiration for cuisine, trade and collaboration

There will also be finger food, appetisers, live cooking and a buffet with food from the exhibitors, as well as food stands around the Hobenköök. At around 6 p.m., the supporting programme will be expanded to include live performances.

From 9 p.m.: Festive finale and the start of something really big

After the marketplace and competition, it’s time to deepen initial contacts in a relaxed setting. We celebrate the regional scene with a big DJ party! Dancing, networking, reunions, spinning new ideas – into the night.
