GUT.MOOD: Where music, nature and enjoyment come together

A summer’s day at Gut Wulksfelde. Music fills the air, regional vegetables sizzle on the barbecue alongside high-quality local produce, glasses clink, and amidst the orchard meadows and the outdoor kitchen, an atmosphere emerges that slows the pace and brings people together. That is exactly what GUT.MOOD stands for.

This new cultural and culinary concept brings together sustainable cuisine, fine drinks and the diversity of Hamburg’s music scene in a unique setting. Instead of the hustle and bustle of a festival, guests can look forward to a carefully curated open-air experience where quality, socialising and shared enjoyment take centre stage.

Farm-to-table meets live music

GUT.MOOD’s culinary signature is regional, sustainable and creative. Together with the team from Gutsküche Wulksfelde and selected producers, they create dishes that showcase just how versatile North German produce can be. The programme is complemented by guest chefs such as Brian Bojsen, Florian Glauert and Koral Elci, who bring their very own culinary perspectives – ranging from fire-cooked cuisine and modern fine dining elements to Mediterranean flavours.

Drinks culture also plays a central role: with partners such as Voelkel, Samova and Elbgold, the pursuit of enjoyment is consistently extended right down to the glass.

A stage for Hamburg’s music scene

GUT.MOOD also sees itself as a platform for musical talent. Up-and-coming artists and established acts share the stage, showcasing Hamburg’s creative diversity. The line-up ranges from atmospheric indie sounds through soul and alternative to electronic music – always in keeping with the unique atmosphere of the Gutshof.

The result is not a traditional festival programme, but an all-round experience where music and cuisine blend together.

A place for people to meet

Amidst fire, sound and nature, GUT.MOOD invites you to spend time together. People from the city and the surrounding area come together to discover a culture of sustainable enjoyment and experience just how closely agriculture, cuisine and culture can be intertwined.

With its focus on regional produce, quality and community, GUT.MOOD enriches Hamburg’s culinary landscape with an event that slows the pace, inspires and whets the appetite for an enjoyable summer.
