Code of conduct

In line with our company’s code of conduct, we see Open Mouth as culinary venues for peaceful, respectful, communal and diverse coexistence. Our events celebrate the diversity of tastes and cultures and open up spaces for culinary creativity and enjoyment in an ever-changing society. This is based on social and democratic values, which we promote through our culinary offerings and activities. For us, these include the protection of human dignity, the preservation of personal integrity and mutual respect, the recognition of social diversity and the implementation of gender equality and equal opportunities. We do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of national or ethnic origin, gender, religion or ideology, political conviction, disability, age, marital status, sexual identity or orientation or social background. Our culinary offerings and activities are designed to promote inclusion and community. We therefore take a clear stance against all forms of discrimination and group-based misanthropy, including anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, right-wing extremism, trans and queer hostility as well as hate and hate speech. We stand for an environment in which all visitors and participants can enjoy the diversity of the culinary world freely and safely.
