Declaration on accessibility
The OPEN MOUTH Hamburg Food Festival is for everyone! That's why we make every effort to ensure that our guests with disabilities can also enjoy a relaxed and unforgettable visit to the festival. In the future, we want to make our festival better and more accessible year after year. We are therefore very happy to receive ideas and suggestions at info@openmouth.hamburg.
Arrival
We recommend that you travel by public transport. You can easily reach the festival site in Oberhafen by bus.
If you want to arrive by car, there are limited parking spaces available.
Festival area
The OPEN MOUTH Hamburg Food Festival takes place indoors and outdoors in the Oberhafen. The site may be uneven, sandy or stony in some places. Cable bridges will be laid in places on the event site. We will endeavor to lay flatter cable bridges on the main paths to make the paths more pleasant for you.
Sanitary facilities
In the Hobenköök you will find accessible toilets, which are signposted accordingly.
Safety
Our security team is there to help and advise you. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason or need help, please speak to our staff, recognizable by their yellow vests. There are also paramedics on site who can help you at any time. In a medical emergency, call 112 - if you don't have a cell phone, ask others to make the emergency call or speak to a member of staff.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are always welcome here.
