When winter arrives, it’s time to cozy up at the XO Seafood Bar.
On January 20, 2026, Kitchen Guerilla will return to where it all began: occupying restaurants instead of owning them.
Together with their guests, they will take over the XO Seafood Bar in St. Pauli.
Fabio’s XO & Korals KG will be cooking together that evening – there will be mussels, oysters, scallops, champagne, and above all: time, flavor, and good company.
