For one day, the Klinker restaurant is transforming into an urban kiosk – casual, uncomplicated and full of flavour. Instead of fine dining, there’s the cult burger ‘to go’ – fresh, juicy and packed with umami.

The new chilli cheese burger is an upgrade of Max Strohe’s popular butter burger creation. In addition to the best meat and melted cheese, a few secret ingredients provide that special kick:
🌶️ Korean chilli paste (gochujang)
🍁 Maple syrup
🌶️ Pickled jalapeños
…and a few more surprises that Max is not revealing, of course.

Also available:

🍺 Beer, 🥤 Cola, 🍷 Wine & 🍾 Sparkling wine.
For all wine lovers, the famous Klinker wine book is also available – packed with exceptional selections and discoveries.
