Hamburg's restaurateurs have long been on a green course and impress with their sustainable concepts. Reason enough for SZENE Hamburg to present the Sustainability Award to particularly committed restaurateurs once a year since 2020. Because it has long been clear that the choice of food not only has an impact on health, but also on the environment.

Great cooking events were organized during the Sustainability Weeks: the recipes are cooked live with the winners. All participants in the course series are instructed and guided by the respective prizewinner. At the end of the course, the participants eat together at a festively laid table to exchange ideas and get more tips.

Ready for a culinary adventure? Koral Elci, owner of Kitchen Guerilla and operator of the healthy canteen "Table Dot" since last year, will show you how versatile, creative and suitable for everyday use healthy vegetarian cuisine can be.

The focus is on North German mezze in family style - lots of small dishes that are prepared together. Koral Elci not only shares his recipes, but also valuable tips and tricks on how sustainable and healthy eating can be easily integrated into everyday life.

Afterwards, you can enjoy your creations together in a relaxed atmosphere. Look forward to the perfect opportunity to talk to each other, ask questions and enjoy really good and sustainable food.
