Our festival celebrates the diversity of tastes and cultures and opens up spaces for culinary creativity and enjoyment in an ever-changing society.

For us, these include the protection of human dignity, the preservation of personal integrity and mutual respect, the recognition of social diversity and the implementation of gender equality and equal opportunities.

Our culinary offerings and activities are designed to promote inclusion and community.

We stand for an environment in which all visitors and participants can enjoy the diversity of the culinary world freely and safely.
