Experience pure WAGYU beef enjoyment in the WERFT restaurant! Enjoy various cuts of the noble beef breed in a relaxed atmosphere, a la carte or as a menu from our "Open Mouth" menu.

Our WAGYU cattle come from a small farm with 30 animals in the Lüneburg Heath. We know the breeder by name. Here, the animals are given a special feed, regular stroking, many hours of grazing and a real straw floor in the barn - for relaxing and sleeping.
As we buy cattle as a whole, we have a variety of dishes and cuts, which we prepare live for you on the barbecue on our sun terrace when the weather is nice.

No meat? No problem! Of course, we also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes on our menu.
