Our bar will once again be offering its own small OMF menu during the OMF period, with our signature cocktail "Homegrown HERBIE" taking center stage this year. This drink is a twist on a classic mule. The basic recipe for the "Homegrown Herbie" is non-alcoholic and consists of a homemade herbal syrup, which we make from our own rosemary, thyme and mint, as well as fritz-kola ginger-lime. We only use regional, organic ingredients, only serve the drink with reusable straws on request and ensure that the recipe is purely plant-based, as with all our drinks.

This year, we will also be offering a homemade zero-waste liqueur and a seasonal lemonade, and just like last year, we from Bamboole, the restaurant at Superbude Altona, want to take part in the Open Mouth Festival again.
