Café Petite Fleur
Our Tiny Farm has been around since 2018. You can grow delicious vegetables for yourself in small spaces in our greenhouses. The vegetables are served fresh on your plate straight after harvesting. We strive to grow different seed-resistant tomatoes and manage to grow 30 different varieties.
Humus formation and insect culture are part of our vegetable cultivation.
This year, the café "Petite Fleur " was added. From a catering trolley you can get barista specialties of fair and directly traded coffee, homemade cakes, tomato sandwiches with pea mayo or pesto, yoga breakfast, sweet breakfast with homemade vegan Franzi's, or vegan croissants, or a small breakfast in the garden. For the Open-Mouth-Festival there is a delicious dish every day. We mainly use plant-based, organically grown ingredients and, if possible, eggs from our own chickens. The many alternatives are intended to show that it is possible to eat without milk and animal products - for us, this is also a real concern for change and rethinking. In addition to our cultural offerings, we also have an educational mission to raise awareness about industrial animal husbandry.
A special highlight this year is the children's program by Luise, Anke and Antje: At the event: "Get up with the chickens " you will learn what chickens actually eat and create delicious chicken bowls. Then there's children's yoga, an explorer's and discoverer's game and a fun book room where wonderful children's books are read aloud or games are offered that have to do with nature... while the parents enjoy a Barrista cappuccino with us.
We offer guided tours of the farm, guided tours of the insect trail, cultural highlights and a great photo exhibition showing everything that has developed in recent years.
