WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
In a sound bath, you can make yourself comfortable lying down and let yourself be enveloped in finely composed vibrations from singing bowls and other instruments.
A carpet of sound is created that puts your body and mind in a harmonious, balanced state. Your system can relax and achieve an optimal balance for your regeneration.

ACTIVATE YOUR SENSES
Your senses are sharpened and your digestive system works best in a relaxed state, so you are ideally prepared for the culinary program at OPEN MOUTH. Afterwards, you will receive small treats from Råbowls where you can chat after the Sound Bath experience.

You are welcome to bring an optional eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes during the lying sound bath.

TEA TASTING WITH TEA ADDICTS
Afterwards you will receive a tea tasting which is included in the ticket price. At the Open Mouth Festival 2024, Jürgen Pitzschel from Tea Addicts will offer an exciting introduction to different teas. Experience tea with all your senses: smell, taste, see and feel... In an open round, different varieties from white tea to black tea are presented and different preparation options are tried out. What is a cultivar, a samovar, a gaiwan... ? What is granpa style, what is gongfu style? In any case, tea is a soothing, delicious and versatile drink! Come and be inspired by good tea!
