Sustainability is very important to us: our fish comes from sustainable catches, the meat from organic farms with pasture farming and our dairy products come from organic, animal-friendly farming.
Our menu changes every three months to bring the freshest, seasonal ingredients to your plate - always completely without convenience products, of course.
Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are of course always on our menu.
