The winners of the Hanseatic city's most important gastronomy award invite you to the table.
Together with the winners of this year's Genuss Michel, the publishers of SZENE HAMBURG's Genuss-Guide (www.genussguide-hamburg.com) are organizing the Genuss-Michel ChampionsDinner. The restaurant of the year, the Nil, will be the venue for cooking, eating, drinking and celebrating together. Each of the five winners will present a course and the Bar of the Year a special aperitif.
Guests can expect a festive yet cozy and personal atmosphere in the Nil restaurant's cooking school. Not only can they look forward to an excellent meal and outstanding drinks in a fantastic location; they will also be taken on a special culinary tour. The Genuss-Michel winners will explain the creation and implementation of the menu and talk about the ingredients and how they work together. In this way, guests experience first-hand what they normally read about in the Genuss Guide.
Each ticket costs 159 euros. This includes the menu, wine pairing, a hot drink and mineral water. The proceeds from the evening will be donated to HILF MAHL!
