She is completely passionate about animal welfare and so she shares her passion for animal-free cooking on the plates and manages to get more and more people excited about vegan cuisine through food.

Estella Schweizer is a visionary activist and plant-based nutrition expert who is setting new culinary standards in Germany as a representative of the Planetary Health Diet.
With her innovative, environmentally friendly recipes and inspiring books, she helps restaurateurs, hoteliers and communal caterers
to make sustainable food choices and have a positive impact on our planet.
Through her collaboration with stakeholders from different sectors and her inspiring talks, workshops and seminars, she promotes a holistic understanding of health and well-being and motivates people worldwide to become part of the global movement for a future worth living.

Magda Tedla is a nutritionist and has been working as an entrepreneur in nutrition prevention since 2016.
Her focus is to give both young and old the opportunity to eat better through cooking classes and seminars.
With her start-up Magda's Natures Treasures, Magda Tedla also offers nutritional supplements based on algae, underpinning her expertise in health and her flair for nutritional trends.
