Hamburg's restaurateurs have long been on a green course and impress with their sustainable concepts. Reason enough for SZENE Hamburg to present the Sustainability Award to particularly committed restaurateurs once a year since 2020. Because it has long been clear that the choice of food not only has an impact on health, but also on the environment.
Great cooking events were organized during the Sustainability Weeks: the recipes are cooked live with the winners. All participants in the course series are instructed and guided by the respective prizewinner. At the end of the course, the participants eat together at a festively decorated table, where they can exchange ideas and get more tips.
